Right of rescission

Silvensa 2024 participants do not have a right to withdraw from purchase within 14 days of purchase, but in case of any unexpected circumstances you can transfer your booked and paid activities and restaurant events to another participant. In such cases please contact us through the contact form. Please be aware that unfortunately your registration fee cannot be transferred, which means you will have to pay it anyway.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council:

Consumers do not have a right to withdraw from purchase in case of distance and off-premises contracts for the provision of accommodation other than for residential purpose, transport of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.
